Watsonville Chevrolet. They did a fantastic job on my truck. Outstanding customer service. I had the gear oil changed in the differentials front and rear as I have a 4-wheel drive. In addition, I had the oil changed. They also lubed all needed areas underneath the truck. While I waited, I had a cup of coffee, relaxed and watched a little bit of television. it’s unfortunate that I have to give one star. Completely awful every single experience I’ve ever had at this place and most recently with my last service they didn’t put engine oil in my car so my engine blew. I couldn’t even be helped from my service advisor Martin. I guess I was an inconvenience as I came in on a tow truck as he was spinning around in his office chair on his lunch break. This is a joke. I completed the Contact Us form on the website and asked one simple question for a specific vehicle I was interested in. It has been 5 days and I have received dozens of automated spam emails including emails about vehicles I have no interest in. I still have not received a response to my one question. Communication is a very important trait for a car dealer.

Terrible service! Canceled appointment when we were 45 minuets away. We live 2 hours away. They told us the Company Owner took the car for personal use to come the next day. So unprofessional. Adding miles to a vehicle for personal use is unacceptable especially since there was an appointment to test drive the vehicle.

I bought a 2020 SIlverado 1500 RST from Graciano Valencia & Armando Castellanos and they were both great to work with! I drove over 4hrs to the dealership since they were able to give me such a fair price on the new truck and my trade in. No other dealer could beat them-and believe me- I tried! They were honest and made sure to follow through with what they told me. It was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever had. I came to get my truck for a 15k mile maintenance and an auto detail. During this service Work, they somehow crashed my car, destroyed the Quater Rear Panel and then when I picked it up they denied responsibility, I had to take them to court and they conviently did not have video footage of that day. Set up an appointment on Friday for Sunday morning. The vehicle i was interested in was sold Saturday which is understandable. What is not is that I drove 3 hours with a pregnant wife to see a vehicle that was no longer available. A simple phone call would have solved this issue. Once at the lot, service was poor and was not greeted for 15 minutes. My wife and I purchased a 2014, 40,000 dollar car in February. I can't tell how excited we were to be bringing home this amazing car but after only 3 months i started to discover little defaults on the car.
