I have a 1993 C4 Chevrolet Corvette 40th Anniversary edition. After a frustrating time of trying to find qualified C4 Corvette technician/mechanic, I finally hit the jackpot with Chevrolet of Watsonville's Service Department. My service rep, Alex Gil, is the consummate professional. He told me he had a C4 tech that was brilliant. I transported my car to them and they went through every system and then some to bring my Corvette up to today's safety standards, Alex bent over backwards to work with me, to seek out hard to find OEM and reproduced OEM products to keep my 'Survivor' as original as possible. I can't thank Alex and his crew enough for their professionalism, work ethic, and customer service care beyond anything that was expected. Watsonville Chevrolet. They did a fantastic job on my truck. Outstanding customer service. I had the gear oil changed in the differentials front and rear as I have a 4-wheel drive. In addition, I had the oil changed. They also lubed all needed areas underneath the truck. While I waited, I had a cup of coffee, relaxed and watched a little bit of television. I think the only thing that could have made it better was if Watsonville Chevrolet had some donuts to offer those who were waiting for their vehicles to be finished. That might be asking a little bit too much, but never hurts to ask. Overall, I'd give them a perfect 10 score. As for my service advisor, Alex is just super fantastic. There's nobody that I'd rather go to when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Thank you, Alex, for a fantastic job.

Pablo was great and took care of all the repairs I needed which were a little complicated due to the rat nests found in the motor housing.

it’s unfortunate that I have to give one star. Completely awful every single experience I’ve ever had at this place and most recently with my last service they didn’t put engine oil in my car so my engine blew. I couldn’t even be helped from my service advisor Martin. I guess I was an inconvenience as I came in on a tow truck as he was spinning around in his office chair on his lunch break. This is a joke. It’s filled with inconsistency, recklessness, unprofessionalism and flat out rude people, don’t risk your money your vehicle or your time at this Establishment.

I completed the Contact Us form on the website and asked one simple question for a specific vehicle I was interested in. It has been 5 days and I have received dozens of automated spam emails including emails about vehicles I have no interest in. I still have not received a response to my one question. Communication is a very important trait for a car dealer.

Terrible service! Canceled appointment when we were 45 minuets away. We live 2 hours away. They told us the Company Owner took the car for personal use to come the next day. So unprofessional. Adding miles to a vehicle for personal use is unacceptable especially since there was an appointment to test drive the vehicle.

I bought a 2020 SIlverado 1500 RST from Graciano Valencia & Armando Castellanos and they were both great to work with! I drove over 4hrs to the dealership since they were able to give me such a fair price on the new truck and my trade in. No other dealer could beat them-and believe me- I tried! They were honest and made sure to follow through with what they told me. It was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever had. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending them and the dealership to all of my friends and family.

I came to get my truck for a 15k mile maintenance and an auto detail. During this service Work, they somehow crashed my car, destroyed the Quater Rear Panel and then when I picked it up they denied responsibility, I had to take them to court and they conviently did not have video footage of that day. The dealership owners, Mr Melvin Cooper, only called me back after several days of trying to reach him and threatening to take him to civil court, and told me that there was nothing he could do and nothing I could prove! Essentially they forced me to open an insurance claim to fix my car, we are still in the process of trying to recover our damages. The reason he never put his name on this store when he bought it is because he has such a horrible reputation. I wish I knew of his illeagal business practices beforehand.
